I am a Door County, Wisconsin photographer living in Ellison Bay. I have photographed widely throughout the United States and Europe. I have taught many workshops since the 1980s. I lead photographic tours to many exciting locations in many parts of the world.
I began my photographic career after studying with Ansel Adams by making finely crafted black and white prints with an 8×10 view camera. I have evolved into digital printing using the latest high-end digital equipment and technologies and now am able to produce both color and black and white prints to even higher standards than were possible in the film era.
My work includes a series of images of Cathedrals and Abbeys, Antarctica, Chile, Door County barn interiors, Greek architecture, Italy, Iceland, Ireland, the Faroe Islands and a multi-year project of a single Door County farm.
My work has been widely exhibited throughout the U.S. and Europe and my images are found in many public and private collections.
