Justin Black is a landscape photographer, writer, and explorer from Washington, DC. Earlier in his career, he was general manager and curator of Galen Rowell´s Mountain Light Photography and served as Executive Director of the International League of Conservation Photographers.
A leader in his field, Justin’s photographs of the world’s diverse landscapes have been published widely and featured in numerous exhibitions worldwide.
Through ILCP, he has contributed photography and writing to conservation campaigns around the globe. Since its founding in 2011, his photo workshops and travel company, Visionary Wild, has achieved a superlative reputation for delivering world-class photographic experiences for passionate photographers, led by Justin and his leading professional peers.
