Picture Submission vs Picture Publication

Each month, our members assignment allows pictures to be published according to membership level. Basic members may publish one picture per assignment; Gold members, three pictures per month; Premium members, six per month; and VIP members, twelve per month. These figures represent the total number of pictures a member may see published across the whole month, not the number that can appear on any single day.

This is the detail that causes the most confusion. Regardless of membership tier, the system publishes only one picture per member, per day. A VIP member, for example, may be entitled to twelve pictures across the month, but those twelve will still be released one at a time, on separate days, rather than all at once. If several pictures are uploaded on the same day, only the first is published; the rest remain queued and will appear on subsequent days, until the monthly total for that tier has been reached.

This explains a pattern we see often: a member uploads more than one picture in a day, expecting to see them all appear, only to find that a single image has been published while the others seem to be missing. In every such case, the pictures are not lost; they are simply waiting their turn, spaced out one per day, in keeping with the daily limit that applies to every member alike.

Seen this way, the monthly allowance sets how many pictures a member may ultimately publish, while the daily limit sets the pace at which they appear. Together, these two layers keep the gallery steady and varied throughout the month, rather than filled all at once.

Thank you, as always, for the images you continue to share with us.
