I have had a camera in my hand since I was a child – photography has always been a passion.
People often tell me I have ‘the eye’ or a gift. I can’t really explain it, except I just see things others miss. I see so much beauty in the world and try to capture it in photographs.
I was born and raised as a Washington State native, but I love to travel, see new things and areas, and have new experiences and adventures when possible.
I love it when someone buys or sees one of my images; it means something special to them or invokes a cherished memory. I love that my work can bring joy to someone’s life. I feel so lucky to be at a time in my life where I can now share my passion with the world.
I have found that you don’t need expensive or fancy camera equipment to capture beautiful images. It is all about the artistry, timing and ‘the eye’. The best camera is the one in your hand.
