This lovely white lighthouse sits on an island in Loch Linnhe. The ferry from Oban to the Isle of Mull passes close by.
It was a cloudy morning at the end of July. We were heading on a trip to the Treshnish Isles of Staffa and Lunga. The small boat that takes you to these isles leaves from the west coast of Mull. But first, we had to take the ferry from Oban to Mull.
The heavy, dark blue clouds, threatening with rain, formed the perfect background for the snow-white lighthouse.
