The main attraction at the Punta Norte Guest House is the splendid views of the blue Okanagan Lake, its rolling hills, and the open, dynamic skies. The designers of the guest house echoed the impact of all these natural elements in the structure and all other features of their property. They must have been photographers, for they made certain the views, colors, and tones of the environment surrounding them were built into everything—even the toilets were worth photographing!
More importantly, they designed places of quiet and reflection where a photographer could view, reflect upon, and connect with his or her environment, as I hope this image attests.
