The pier at Belmar, NJ, is a popular spot for fishing, surfing, bird watching, and swimming. I used an ND3 filter by Blue Frog to allow for a longer shutter speed. The 13-second exposure provides a soft, blurring effect that makes the sky and water smoothed out and ethereal.
