I visit the area frequently, and this valley provides a great place to go when the weather is overcast. There is a whole series of falls. The walk is good at all times of the year as the water levels provide a variety of scenes to take.

I was particularly pleased with this one, as most of my better images are from spring or Autumn; this was a midsummer picture. I was happy with the framing effect of the ferns and the tonality of the ater and the mosses on the bare rock.
