I began my photographic endeavors in the 1970s while pursuing an engineering degree at Oregon State University, taking trips into the Cascade Range and the Pacific NW coast. I tended to seek the road/trail less traveled, capturing my own unique viewpoint of the outdoor world. I started with slide film and Nikon cameras, transitioning in 2005 to Canon digital cameras. While primarily focusing on the Pacific NW, I have also had the opportunity to travel internationally, capturing images in various regions including Canada, Japan, Taiwan, Europe, and Chile.
