I am a landscape photographer dividing time between California and the Big Island of Hawaii. I am a lifelong amateur photographer, having worked with 35mm, 645 medium format and 4x5 film cameras, as well as APS-C, 35mm and 645 digital cameras. Currently, I am using Hasselblad and Fuji mirrorless medium format cameras.
Much of my experience as a photographer has been associated with travel. Where photography was once an element of my trips, it has now become the focus. While I can't resist seeking out famous photo locations, I'm most inspired by out of the way, lesser known subjects.
