My interest in photography started in my teen years when prints and transparencies/slides were the favoured way of showing the images I had captured.
I never got into developing my own photos, so it wasn't until I received the packet of prints or box of 36 slides back from the local chemist that I was able to see the results of my effort.
Landscapes and nature were my preferred subjects then, and they continue to this day.
My first camera, other than the family Box Brownie was a Yashica viewfinder camera. Now in retirement, I'm a fan of Pentax cameras and their lenses.
