I often visit this area. The Campbell Lakes offer many photo opportunities, On this day I was standing on the Strathcona Dam, which separates the Lower Campbell Lake from the Upper Campbell Lake. Looking down the Upper Campbell Lake, and spotting this little island, I knew I had to capture the image.

As I forget to bring my tripod, this image was taken hand held. However, my Canon 6DII was up to the challenge. After attaching my Canon 24-105, adjusting composition, and focus, I took the shot.
