While hiking up one of the many beautiful hills surrounding the Brecon Beacons, I came across this craggy old tree, perfectly situated at the edge of a forest, creating negative space and complementary colors between the forest’s green and the sky’s blue. The tree stood out from the rest of the forest as if it didn’t belong there, yet it looked so beautiful, basking in the warm glow of the setting sun.
