With its softly undulating hills, elegant cypress trees, ancient olive groves, and medieval hilltop towns, Tuscany is one of those rare landscapes that seems tailor-made for photography. At dawn, mist often settles into the valleys while the low morning sun creates beautiful layers, shadows, and subtle tonal shifts across the terrain.
The UNESCO World Heritage landscape of the Val d’Orcia, where we will be based, is perhaps Tuscany’s most iconic region: rolling hills, winding roads, isolated farmhouses, and sculptural trees provide an almost endless supply of creative possibilities.

Traveling down quiet strade bianche (gravel white roads), we will focus on refined composition, atmospheric lighting, and the subtle details that convey an authentic sense of place — from a lone cypress fading into morning mist to the gentle curve of a vineyard catching first light.
