The confluence of the Zanskar and Indus rivers is a stunning sight, located near the village of Nimmu in Ladakh. Here, the milky turquoise waters of the Zanskar meet the emerald green waters of the Indus to form the greater Indus River. The Zanskar originates in Ladakh, while the Indus has its origin in Tibet.
