Trevor Perry

Trevor Perry has been a keen photographer for over 40 years. He lives in Rainow near Macclesfield on the edge of the Peak District National Park, an area he loves and a source of many of his landscape images. He also spends several months each year in Almeria, Spain. This is a relatively undeveloped area bursting with photographic potential and contrasting vividly with the UK. In addition to landscapes, Trevor is inspired by a wide variety of photographic genres and is particularly drawn to candid urban photography where he often tries to show how people interact with this urban jungle. He has held a lifelong fascination with astronomy and so astrophotography is a natural combination of his interests. Trevor Perry is a former professional environmental consultant who specialised in helping industrial and government clients to reduce their environmental impacts, minimise risks and stay on the right side of environmental law.
