Tom Upton

I am a landscape photographer dividing time between California and the Big Island of Hawaii. I am a lifelong amateur photographer, having worked with 35mm, 645 medium format and 4x5 film cameras, as well as APS-C, 35mm and 645 digital cameras. In recent years I have migrated to Leica L-mount cameras and lenses. Much of my experience as a photographer has been associated with travel. Where photography was once an element of my trips, it has now become the focus. Since becoming a part-time Hawaii resident, I devote much of my time there exploring and capturing as much of the fabulous scenery as possible. I now have an extensive portfolio of Hawaii images on my website and display work at local galleries. I also have a small portfolio on 1x.com and on a few photo-sharing websites such as 500px and viewbug.
