Frequently we receive emails from members asking if their uploaded pictures were published on the website. The problem here is one word, filters.

As soon as an uploaded picture is published on the website as a post, an action takes place, which sends the post author (the member who uploaded the picture) a notification email.

The problem is that email companies add certain filters that prevent our email notifications from reaching your inbox and are sent to your spam folder instead.

From experience, I know that many people never check their spam folder, believing everything in there is spam, which is inaccurate.

So, when in doubt, check your spam folder content, look for our emails and mark them as non-spam.

Also, to make sure you receive our emails, you can add our email address in your friends list.

Our emails look like this:
