After two guided visits to White Pocket, I finally decided to rent a 4WD vehicle and attempt the drive myself so I could be there for sunset and sunrise. I was rewarded with a spectacular sunset, which turned the white, puffy rocks deep pink and purple for a good 10 minutes. If only there had been water puddles!
