As I often am, I found myself halfway back to the car in a panic because I noticed the storm heading my way way too late, and so, rather than get skunked, I hunkered down in a little cove and hoped for a shot. After many, many exposures, I managed to capture a few bolts of lightning mid-frame! It was a very slick hike back once the wall of rain ran right over us.
