When I want to escape the world and all its problems, this is my go-to place. It is far off the beaten path, away from civilization, and far less visited than some of the other Pacific Northwest waterfalls.
Once you get here, the hike to either above or below the falls is not difficult to reach, and the views at sunset are pure magic. Atop the falls, when the water level is just right, you are treated to golden hour light that is otherworldly. This moment in time will always be one of my favorites as a photographer and will remain ageless in my memory forever.
