This is one of my most iconic photos. One of the first attempts involved planning the sun’s position to illuminate Bolgheri’s famous Cypress Avenue. I remember going there for three days straight and almost giving up hope, since the sun only appears briefly in that part of the sky. On the last day, I was lucky enough to find a suitable sky. This photo was later copied by other photographers.
