Another example of my favourite types of landscapes is one that includes a foreground (usually wildflowers), a lake with reflections, and a background—a steep mountain peak.
The Blue Lake is located 2412 meters above sea level and has difficult access. With its 37-hectare area, it is the largest lake within the Karaomerichki group, which consists of four lakes.
I like the lake orientation since it allows me to see the most attractive peaks on the road between Fish Lakes hut and Macedonia hut, including Pavlev vrh, Karaalanitsa, Aladja sap, and Angelov peak. At the end of the summer, tourists can see the view in the picture above.
