Walakiri Beach is a mangrove forest with lone trees standing in the water of the Sumba Sea. A few years ago, there were more so-called dancing trees to find, but it became a hotspot for tourists via Instagram. The locals didn’t like it that much and cut a lot of trees down. Nowadays, photographers from all places still come to photograph these trees before all the trees are gone.
