Raindrops On Cypress Tree, Santa Cruz do Douro, Baiao, Porto, Portugal

Last October, on a grey and rainy day, I marvelled at seeing raindrops falling from the leaves of a cypress tree that stood by the side of the path where I was walking. The water trickled very slowly down the leaves, forming large drops that then fell. The atmosphere was perfectly still. I used a small lens aperture to get all planes in focus. Colour seemed secondary, so I converted the image to greyscale.
