I knew I was in for a show when I looked at the weather forecast early that morning. I packed up my camera bag and took it with me as I went about my day. As sunset approached, I made my way closer to the mountains.
I started up the canyon when I realized I’d be too late to capture the pinks and oranges in the sky if I kept going. So, I turned around and entered a small neighborhood with a view of the peaks with about ten minutes to spare. I took well over 50 photos as the clouds moved, and the colors brightened, then faded.
