One of New Zealand’s most iconic subjects for photography is Mount Cook, our tallest mountain. Discovering new perspectives of this mountain involves a lot of driving and stopping, followed by a walk along a little-known, barely visible track. However, this effort can lead to remarkable finds. It’s refreshing to see Mount Cook surrounded by foliage, which is not often captured, especially in the soft, flattering light.
