Winter afternoon in the black oak grove of El Capitan Meadow in Yosemite National Park. I caught the sun shining through the trees right before it ducked down below the granite walls. It had snowed the day before, and the snow on the ground provided the perfect conditions for the radiative fog to lift from the valley floor, capturing the sun’s light rays.
