Another amazing sunset taken in early 2025 during a trip to the Utah Badlands. This was my first evening around Hanksville. After a strenuous hike, my guide and I arrived on a plateau overlooking this small canyon, where time and erosion have created these rocky towers. I liked the fact that, as the sun was setting below the horizon, the rocks were being lit up.
Waiting for the sunset adds a lot to the beauty of this landscape, I think. This was a perfect introduction to the Utah Badlands!
