The morning began with a somewhat moody atmosphere. I had been searching for something special to capture for the autumn season locally. Feeling inspired, I decided to take a drive to Enger Park, where I could leisurely observe the autumn scenery in hopes of finding something that stood out to me.
At first, nothing caught my eye. The morning light appeared briefly, illuminating the magic of this colorful season, but to my surprise, it only shone in short bursts.
As I patiently waited, more people arrived at the park. I remained hopeful that the highest light would set the stage for me. When another burst of sunlight appeared, I noticed a cluster of trees that were beautifully highlighted. I took several photos of this composition, and ultimately, the image you see here is the final version.
One important lesson I’ve learned about photography over the years is the value of patience. It certainly paid off with this shot.
