Simone Opdam is a Dutch outdoor photographer. She loves to capture her home region formerly Waterland, nowadays the Natuurpark Moor-Veenland on both sides of the border in The Netherlands (Drenthe) and Germany (Niedersachsen), preferably around sunrise. She also likes to travel abroad, her favourite destination is Great Britain.
Simone is/has been involved in various nature conservation organisations and organises small-scale photography workshops.
