After seeing and photographing a magnificent sunset yesterday, as darkness fell, the moon, also splendid, appeared in its waxing crescent phase, declining on the horizon. I photographed it above the very calm waters of the ocean. With my camera mounted on a tripod, I used a low shutter speed in order to avoid increasing the ISO and capture the fluidity of the Atlantic waters.
