A rather grey morning greeted me at the Elegug Stacks in Wales, and I didn’t have very high expectations. The sun hadn’t risen yet, and I set up my tripod with my camera. A slight break in the clouds appeared on the horizon, giving me hope for a bit of nice light.
Then the sun appeared, and it almost took my breath away! What a spectacle of color was unfolding in front of me! I quickly checked my settings and simply pressed the shutter button multiple times. Just as quickly as it had appeared, the sun had already disappeared behind the bank of clouds, and the whole area turned back to grey.
One of those rare moments you can only dream of! I was proud to have captured this brief spectacle of colour.
