White Pocket Reflection, Vermilion Cliffs National Monument, Utah, USA

I was exploring the White Pocket area of the Vermilion Cliffs one afternoon in November when I noticed that the clouds were moving in. I also saw that water from the recent rains was forming a small pool near the “Brain Rocks” area. I explored the pool to see where the best reflections were and waited for sunset. I set my tripod close to the water and shot with a cable release. I took many pictures, and this is my favorite.
