Early morning walk on a Sunday at 10.00am from Galle to Amacao de Pera on the Algarve in Portugal. The local boardwalk was pretty empty and the day was cool, but it was bright, and the clouds were wispy in late November. The image of peace and quiet was pre-determined as I crossed the bridge towards the bird sanctuary.
