Between Day and Dream, Palatinate Forest, Rhineland-Palatina, Germany

That morning, I stood on a quiet hillside in the Palatinate Forest long before the world around me stirred. The air was still cold, and the first light had just touched the horizon. As the mist rose slowly from the valleys, the hills revealed themselves in soft, layered tones — calm, distant, timeless.

I chose black and white to strip away distraction, to focus on form, light, and atmosphere. For me, this image is about silence and patience — about the quiet strength of nature before the day begins. It reminds me that beauty often appears in the moments when nothing seems to happen, yet everything is changing.
