At the check-in counter for New Zealand Air, my carry-on suitcase was too heavy. The service representative told me I could take something on board, so I decided to bring my camera on the flight from Christchurch to Queenstown. I was fortunate that I did. I had a seat on the side of the plane that offered an incredible view of the New Zealand Alps and the braided rivers. The sky was so clear that even when photographing through the aeroplane window, the resolution wasn’t significantly affected. However, I did need to post-process the images to enhance the sharpness.
