This location at Cenarth Falls was on my mind, and during a recent record cold snap, it rose to the top of my list. Despite second thoughts and almost driving past, I parked the car and marched delicately across the frozen car park to take an overall view. Puddles among the rocks were frozen solid, allowing me to get nearer to the edge.
With blue hands, I decided I should take the view from several angles because I knew if I survived, I would not be doing it again anytime soon. Indeed the next day, temperatures swung a massive 15 degrees and the ice, and the picture were gone!
