I often describe myself as an opportunistic photographer. I don't go looking for images. Instead, I go, and I take my camera along. Sometimes I find those images on epic adventures, and sometimes on my way home, noticing the sunset and driving up a hill for a better view.
No matter how far and wide I travel, Alaska is always home and holds a special place in my heart. This was one of those precious moments of awe you can’t manufacture. You stop, be still, and breathe in the magic.
