Picture Story

On our way up to Acadia National Park, my wife and I stopped in Portland, Maine for a night to take a break from driving and see the sights. In the evening we headed to Fort Williams Park where the famous Portland Head light is located. I climbed down some rocks by the ocean rushing to set up my camera and tripod before the sun fully set. The park was closing soon and the sun was setting fast. I set up my equipment as quickly as I could and managed to get 2 or 3 long exposure shots. Ram Island Ledge lighthouse can be seen in the distance in the right side of the photograph.
