Picture Story

I took this photo during one of those rare blizzards in Zurich. It is not very common that snow stays for long in the city, but that morning was special, the snow didn't melt and, instead, it continued to accumulate during hours. There wasn't hardly any people on the streets or the city parks as the snow was heavily falling. I went to my favorite part of the lake, Zurihorn, where my favorite tree grows tall and lone. It looked beautiful with the snow and the fog around it, looking even more solitary than during the green summer days.
