Picture Story

On a trip to Yellowstone NP with NANPA in January 2018 we came across this lone Lodge Pole Pine tree. We had been touring the park for a couple of days looking for wildlife however as soon as I saw this tree I knew that we had a great photo in the making. The sun was setting in the late afternoon, the sky was blue with puffy white clouds and the shadow was in a perfect position. I can't wait to go back next year with NANPA. Winter is always my favorite time to visit the park.
