Picture Story

This is one of my favorite wildlife spots. I arrived around 6 am and came across this light and calm even before sunrise. Switching my 400mm lens to 20mm and only had as a disturbance the large amount of mosquitoes that stubbornly tried to attack me.

I have been running all the way to the Vincentian coast and from all the places to the Tróia peninsula, this is the one that gives me the most pleasure to photograph the landscape at sunrise and sunset. With the mild climate that is usually felt in Portugal it is possible to photograph all year round. Always have mosquito repellent at hand is the advice I leave here ...To the south of this spot we can find many rocky beaches that can make long exposure photography and that in due course I will upload some. Normally, as in this case Comporta I photograph before sunrise being completely alone with nature. It's the way I like to use it the most. Landscape photography is for me a solitary act.
