This tree is a very ancient subject of Loricate Pine found in one of the peaks of the Central Apennines in Basilicata (Italy). It is supposed to be one of the oldest trees in Italy, grown to a height of about 2000 meters, it is the symbol of the concept of resistance and perseverance. To reach this place you need a very strenuous trek, it was necessary to sleep there. At dawn the view of the rising sun "burning" these peaks and its ancient trees really touched me.
