Picture Story

The Black Oak trees in Yosemite Valley have always impressed me with their strength and enduring longevity. They seem to enjoy growing in small groves.

The two trees in this photo had a graceful ruggedness and the shade and reflected light of the valley walls enhanced the saturated Autumn colors of the trees foliage and their background.

I enjoyed photographing them. I hope you enjoy viewing this photo.
