The first thing I’d like to ask you is if you remember your first digital camera and do you still have it?
Yes, it was a Canon A40, a 2 megapixel compact with manual controls. The battery compartment broke eventually but I have kept the camera. I still remember the excitement of printing a photo that I had taken that day at home!
You are still fairly young, not even 30; how long have you been doing photography?
