Swaledale is the most northern dale of the Yorkshire Dales. It is so quiet and tranquil, it fills the soul, and has no mobile signal, even better! Turn left at Reeth, carry on to Keld and the barn is on the right hand side past Thwaite. If you wish to capture a few barn pictures this is the place to be.

It had been an awful day but as we turned the corner we saw this, fell out the car and 5 minutes later the light had gone.
