A sure way to add punch to your landscape images is to embrace the power afforded by the digital darkroom, using it to produce rich shadows and striking highlights. Now, while it’s true you should aim to correctly expose in camera, it should be remembered that photographs are meant to be processed – hence your finished image is a combination of these two stages.
