What sort of subjects do we most enjoy taking photographs of? As a photographic judge I get to see lots of pictures every year. Probably the most popular subject is a sunrise or a sunset. Why are these subjects so popular with photographers? Well, the colours are usually beautiful and the effect is short-lived and constantly changing.
