Should I Stay Or Should I Go?

This might sound strange but as a busy working professional this is a question I agonize over every time I go out with the camera. Should I stay in the office and get on with the never ending list of other things that I need to do to run a photographic business, or should I go out and try to capture a new image to add to my portfolio? At certain times of the year my time is so precious that I agonize over this decision long and hard. I feel that if I go out I must create a worthwhile image, otherwise I have wasted time that could have been better spent in the office doing paperwork, printing or other jobs that need doing.
